What is a _qsbak file?
This is where your measurement data is stored in QuickScale. If the PDF has any glitches and shuts down before you are able to save, we should be able to retrieve your work from this file. Email the PDF and the _qsbak file to us and we should be able to help you. You will not be able to read the _qsbak yourself. sales@quickscale.co
6 Tips for using QuickScale
In the Dimensions pane (the spreadsheet on the side of the drawing) click on m/m2 to toggle between metres or square metres. My QuickScale is not working properly
If your QuickScale wont open or doesnt work properly, update it and check to see if your antivirus has blocked it. To update QuickScale, copy and paste your keycode into Get Latest QuickScale at the bottom of the Buy page on this website.
